Why Rays Retreat Is Unique
- CampfiresEnjoy the countryside while staying in a comfortable up to date motel room. Our outdoor patio area is surrounded by tall oaks, flower gardens and bird feeders. The evening campfire is a great way to end the day.
- Bob and BobIf there is snow, and it is a weekend.. then chances are Bob & Bob will be in the dining room. Offering advice, entertaining, busing tables, serving, and just being good friends to everyone. No other hotel has Bob & Bob!
- Free BreakfastIt's true there may not be a free lunch in this life. But there is a free breakfast at Rays Retreat. We always offer our continental breakfast bar which features donuts, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, waffles, and when I am in the mood home baked goodies. During the winter we offer a hot entree every morning. This is NOT a restaurant - you do not have a menu or choice. For instance, one morning we may serve pancakes and sausage. Another biscuits and gravy. Perhaps a breakfast sandwich. Its free, its what we feel like cooking that morning.
